Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer shipping options to get your Radiance products to you quickly and safely:

International Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2-4 days
  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
  • Cost: Free Shipping

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed 7 days a week and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

3. Shipping Address

  • Shipping addresses must be complete and accurate
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain carrier restrictions
  • We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries
  • Radiance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Weight of the package
  • Destination country/zip code
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time through the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion
  • Please report lost or damaged packages within 14 days of the expected delivery date

7. Delivery Issues

Package Not Delivered by Expected Date

If your package does not arrive by the expected delivery date:

  1. Check your tracking information first
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for assistance
  3. If the carrier cannot locate your package, contact us at support@radiance.com with your order number and tracking information
  4. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund

Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received

  • Check with neighbors or other household members
  • Check your porch, mailbox, and other delivery areas
  • Contact the shipping carrier to confirm delivery location
  • Contact us if the package cannot be located within 48 hours

8. International Shipping

We now offer international shipping to select countries worldwide!

International Standard Shipping Details:

  • Processing Time: 2-4 days (order preparation)
  • Transit Time: 7-14 business days (in transit)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 9-18 business days from order placement
  • Shipping Method: International Standard (uninsured)
  • Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by their country
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided; however, some carriers may have limited tracking in certain countries

International Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to select countries. Availability will be confirmed at checkout
  • Some items may be restricted from international shipment due to regulations
  • International orders cannot be modified once placed

9. Expedited Shipping Disclaimer

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, holidays, customs clearance, or carrier issues may apply. Radiance is not responsible for late deliveries.

10. Signature Requirements

Standard shipments do not require a signature. Packages will be left in a secure location if you are unavailable. For valuable orders, signature may be required at delivery.

11. Shipping During Holidays

During major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.), shipping times may be extended due to carrier volume. We will notify you of any delays.

12. Refund of Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns
  • If a return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover return shipping

13. Liability

Radiance is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions
  • Lost or stolen packages once delivered by carrier
  • Packages stolen from your address after delivery
  • Damage caused by carrier mishandling
  • Customs delays or additional fees for international orders
  • Import duties or taxes assessed by your country

14. Special Requests

For special delivery instructions:

  • We will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee compliance
