Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened & Unused – The product must be in its original, sealed condition with no signs of opening, use, or tampering
  • Original Packaging – Items must be in the original packaging, undamaged and intact
  • Within 30 Days – Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of your purchase date

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@radiance.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Provide photos of the sealed, unopened product if requested
  3. Once approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original condition

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Products without original packaging
